I use mine almost daily for speedy salads, veggie ‘pastas’ and garnishes. Ever notice how texture and size affects flavor? Fine julienne slices are a beautiful and delicious way to eat firm fruits & veggies - including apples, carrots, beets, onions, even broccoli stalks! After slicing up a veggie pad thai or ginger-apple breakfast in the kitchen, I slide mine into my bike bag to enjoy the same raw meals on the road!

The Benriner combines a razor-sharp straight slicer set at an angle and one of 3 removable julienning blades to produce strips ranging from hair-thin to 1/4" wide. Remove blade to slice. Thickness is adjustable from nearly transparent to 1/8".
