Spiral Slicer

Similar to the Benriner, the spiral slicer makes paper-thin slices or spaghetti-like strands. It also makes julienne strips and half rounds. In contrast, the spiral slicer requires round, solid, coreless veggies (beets, zucchini, fat carrots) and it slices up even finer angel-hair strands – in seemingly endless, curling, delicate strands.
